  1.           MESSAGE SELECTION HELP
  2.  
  3. To select a message for reading, simply use
  4. the cursor keys to highlight the desired
  5. message and then press ENTER.  Optionally,
  6. you may "click" on the desired message with
  7. the left mouse button.
  8.  
  9. Paging through a large message list is
  10. possible by pressing PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN.
  11. Also, the arrow keys will cause the display to
  12. scroll up/down as necessary.
  13.  
  14. Pressing ESCAPE will exit message selection
  15. and return you to the previously displayed
  16. message.
